  • In order to register online for the Direct Recruitment of PG Assistants, the candidate has to visit the website http://trb.tn.nic.in.
  • Read fully the instructions given therein and click Apply Now.
  • The registration page opens up wherein, the candidate has to fill-in the online application form.
  • முதுகலை ஆசிரியர் நேரடி நியமனத்திற்கான இணையவழி விண்ணப்பத்தினை பதிவுசெய்ய தேர்வர்கள் http://trb.tn.nic.in என்ற இணையதள பக்கத்திற்கு செல்லவும்.
  • அங்கு கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள அறிவுரைகளை முழுமையாக படித்து, அதன்பின் Apply Now -ஐ கிளிக் செய்யவும்.
  • பதிவு செய்வதற்கான விண்ணப்ப பக்கம் திரையில் வரும், அதில் தேர்வர்கள் தங்கள் விவரங்களை பூர்த்தி செய்யவேண்டும்.

  9. Address for Communication: Candidate should enter his / her address as per the specification given therein.

தேர்வர்கள் பின்வரும் அடிப்படை விவரங்களை பூர்த்தி செய்யவேண்டும்.

  6. உடற்திறன் குறைபாடுடைய / விழித்திறன் குறைபாடுடைய மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் தங்களது உடற்திறன் குறைபாட்டு சதவீதத்தை குறிப்பிடுவதுடன், தேர்வு எழுத சொல்வதை எழுதுபவர் (Scribe) நியமனம் செய்யப்படவேண்டுமா என்பதையும் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.
  7. தேர்வர்கள் நடைமுறையில் உள்ள செல்லத்தக்க தங்களது மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியை கண்டிப்பாக குறிப்பிடுவதுடன் அதனை மீளவும் உறுதி செய்யவேண்டும்.
  8. தேர்வர்கள் தங்களுடைய அலைபேசி எண்ணை கண்டிப்பாக குறிப்பிட வேண்டும். இரண்டாவது அலைபேசி எண் குறிப்பிடுவது தேர்வரின் விருப்பத்தினைப் பொருத்தது.
  9. தொடர்பு முகவரி: தேர்வர்கள் தங்களது தொடர்பு முகவரியை உரிய கலத்தில், அங்கே தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு கண்டிப்பாக குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.
  10. தேர்வர்கள் தாங்கள் விரும்பும் 8 முதல் 15 எழுத்துக்களைக் கொண்ட கடவுச்சொல்லை பயன்படுத்துக. தொடர்ச்சியாக விண்ணப்பத்தினை முழுமையாக பூர்த்தி செய்வதற்கும், பின்னர் உள்நுழைவதற்கும் (Future Login) இந்த கடவுச்சொல் முக்கியமானது ஆகும். இதனை கண்டிப்பாக தவறாமல் நினைவில் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
  11. தாங்கள் பூர்த்தி செய்த விவரங்களை பதிவு செய்க
Step:2
  • A confirmation screen with all the data filled by the candidate will be displayed.
  • Candidates are advised to verify the details given therein, especially those fields highlighted in Blue Colour. Once registered, these fields CANNOT be modified.
  • If there are any errors, rectify the same using Edit data option. Otherwise Submit the same.

  • தேர்வரால் பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்ட விவரங்களை உறுதி செய்யும்பொருட்டு ஒரு படிவம் திரையில் தோன்றும்.
  • தேர்வர்கள் அத்திரையில் தெரியவரும் விவரங்களை சரிபார்த்துக்கொள்ளவும். குறிப்பாக நீலநிறத்தில் காட்டப்பட்டுள்ள விவரங்களை மீளவும் சரிபார்த்துக்கொள்ளவும். இவ்விவரங்கள் ஒருமுறை பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டு விட்டால், மீளவும் கண்டிப்பாக மாற்ற இயலாது.
  • அதில் ஏதேனும் தவறுகள் இருப்பின், Edit Data - ஐ பயன்படுத்தி அவ்விவரங்களை சரிசெய்து கொள்ளவும். தவறேதும் இல்லையெனில் Submit - ஐ பயன்படுத்தி சமர்ப்பிக்கவும்.
Step:3
  • On submission, an email and SMS will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID and mobile number and an acknowledgement will be displayed. The acknowledgement will contain a unique registration number. Candidates are advised to note the registration number, as it is essential for further processing and future logins.

  • சமர்ப்பித்தவுடன், தேர்வரால் பதிவுசெய்யப்பட்ட மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி மற்றும் அலைபேசி எண்ணிற்கு ஒரு ஒப்புகை அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படும். மேலும் ஒரு ஒப்புகை திரையில் தோன்றும். ஒப்புகையில் ஒரு பிரத்யேக பதிவு எண் கொடுக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும். அந்த பதிவுஎண்ணை தவறாது குறித்து வைத்துக்கொள்ள தேர்வர்கள் அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்கள். ஏனெனில் இப்பதிவு எண், தொடர்ச்சியாக விண்ணப்பம் பூர்த்தி செய்வதற்கும், பின்னர் உள் நுழைவதற்கும் முக்கியமானதாகும்.
Step:4
  • Click Login: Login, using the generated registration number and password. Fill in the Educational Details and main subjects studied in UG degree, PG Degree.
  • For the Direct Recruitment of PG Assistants, candidates should have studied the same subject in BOTH Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree, both for academic subjects and Languages. For the post of Physical Director Grade-I, the candidates may possess any UG Degree with M.P.Ed. degree.
  • After filling in the UG degree and PG degree details, the post applied for will be displayed automatically.
  • ONLY those candidates who have Higher Secondary class teaching experience as a Post Graduate Teacher in the applied post, after completing all the required qualifications for the post, alone should fill-in the teaching experience field.
  • ONLY those candidates who have registered in Professional and Executive Employment Exchange after completing all the required qualifications for the post alone should fill-in the date of registration.
  • Candidate has to choose the exam district of their choice, however the Board reserves its right in the allocation of exam district.
  • Read the declaration, tick the check boxes and click SUBMIT.

  • Click Login:தேர்வரது பதிவு எண் மற்றும் கடவுச்சொல்லை பயன்படுத்தி உள் நுழைக. கல்வித் தகுதி சார்ந்த விவரங்கள் மற்றும் இளங்கலை, முதுகலை பட்டத்தில் பயின்ற முதன்மைப் பாடத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்க.
  • முதுகலை மொழியாசிரியர் மற்றும் பாட ஆசிரியர் நேரடி நியமனத்திற்கு, தேர்வர்கள் ஒரே முதன்மைப் பாடத்தில் இளங்கலை மற்றும் முதுகலை பட்டத்தினை பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். உடற்கல்வி இயக்குநர் நிலை-1 பணியிடத்திற்கு தேர்வர்கள் ஏதேனும் ஒரு இளங்கலை பட்டம் மற்றும் உடற்கல்வியில் முதுகலைப் பட்டம் (M.P.Ed.) பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.
  • இளங்கலை மற்றும் முதுகலை பட்ட விவரங்களை பூர்த்தி செய்தவுடன், விண்ணப்பிக்க விரும்பும் பதவி தானாக திரையில் தோன்றும்.
  • விண்ணப்பிக்கும் பாடத்தில் முதுகலை ஆசிரியருக்குரிய அனைத்து கல்வித்தகுதிகளையும் பெற்றபின்னர், மேல்நிலை வகுப்புகளுக்கு அப்பாடத்தில் முதுகலை ஆசிரியராக பணியாற்றிய அனுபவத்தை பெற்றிருக்கும் தேர்வர்கள் மட்டும் பணி அனுபவத்தினை பூர்த்தி செய்யவேண்டும்.
  • பணியிடத்திற்கு உரிய அனைத்து கல்வித்தகுதிகளையும் பெற்ற பின், அதனை தொழில் மற்றும் செயல் வேலைவாய்ப்பு அலுவலகத்தில் பதிவுசெய்துள்ள தேர்வர்கள் மட்டும் பதிவுசெய்த நாளை பூர்த்தி செய்ய வேண்டும்.
  • தேர்வர்கள் தாங்கள் தேர்வு எழுத விரும்பும் மாவட்டத்தினை தெரிவு செய்யவேண்டும். எனினும் தேர்வு எழுதும் மாவட்டத்தினை ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யும் உரிமை ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்திற்கு உரியது.
  • உறுதிமொழியினை படித்துப் பார்க்கவும். சரிபார்க்கும் கட்டத்தில் டிக் செய்க. பின் SUBMIT – ஐ கிளிக் செய்க.
Step:5
  • Upload Photograph and Signature: All the candidates are required to upload their scanned recent colour passport port size photograph and signature.
  • The file size of the photograph should be between 15 kb to 50 kb and that of the signature should be between 5 kb to 20 kb.
  • The Online application system will not allow to upload any files smaller or larger than the above mentioned sizes.
  • All candidates have to upload his/her photograph and signature only in “jpg/jpeg format”
    Once the photograph and signature files are uploaded by the candidate successfully, the system will show on the screen the Photograph and Signature that has been uploaded. If these have been correctly uploaded, you should now proceed further to make payment through the online payment mode.

  • புகைப்படம் மற்றும் கையொப்பத்தினை பதிவேற்றம் செய்க: அனைத்து தேர்வர்களும் தங்களது சமீபத்திய வண்ண புகைப்படம் மற்றும் கையொப்பத்தினை பதிவேற்றம் செய்வது அவசியமாகும்.
  • புகைப்படக் கோப்பின் அளவானது 15 kb முதல் 50 kb வரையிலானதாகவும், கையொப்ப கோப்பின் அளவானது 5 kb முதல் 20 kb வரையிலானதாகவும் அமைந்திருக்க வேண்டும். மேற்கண்டுள்ள அளவை விட குறைவானதாகவோ அல்லது அதிகமானதாகவோ கோப்பின் அளவு இருப்பின், அதனை இணையவழி விண்ணப்பிப்பதற்கான அமைப்பானது பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய அனுமதிக்காது.
  • அனைத்து தேர்வர்களும் தங்களுடைய புகைப்படம் மற்றும் கையொப்பத்தினை “jpg/jpeg format” ல் மட்டுமே பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
  • புகைப்படம் மற்றும் கையொப்பம் தேர்வரால் வெற்றிகரமாக பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்பட்ட பின், புகைப்படம் மற்றும் கையொப்பம் திரையில் தெரியும். இவை சரியாக பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்பட்ட பின்னர், தேர்வுக் கட்டணத்தினை இணையவழி செலுத்துவதற்கு மேற்கொண்டு தொடரலாம்.
Step:6
  • Make payment of examination fee only through online mode. The fee for examination is Rs.500/- (for SC/ST and differently abled persons Rs.250/-) + service charges extra.Payment can be made either by Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Wallets.

TNEA 2017 Application Form

TNEA 2017 Application Form will be available through the online and offline mode. The candidates can get the application form from the official website of the conducting authority (Anna University) or may get the form from TNEA designated centres. The candidates will get the application form in 1stMay 2017.

Application Fee:

By Online Mode: The candidates can get the application form by paying Rs. 500/- for the general candidates and Rs. 250/- for reserved candidates.
By Offline Mode: The candidates have to pay Rs. 700/- for the general and Rs. 450/- for scheduled caste/scheduled tribe/other backward classes.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must read all the eligibility conditions mentioned below:
  • The applicant should belong to the state of Tamil Nadu and ought to have completed their class XII from the state. Candidates who do not belong to the state of Tamil Nadu but have completed class XII from the state are also eligible to apply.
  • Tamil Nadu native candidates who have completed class XII from schools situated outside the state are also eligible to apply provided they submit a valid nativity certificate. The nativite certificate should be enclosed in the digital format.
  • Wards of central government employees can apply for admissions irrespective of whether they are natives of the state provided their parents or guardians have been serving in the state of Tamil Nadu for the past five years continuously. Such candidates are required to submit a certificate in support of this, issued by the employer of his/her parent or guardian.
  • Admissions are also open to wards of all India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers.
  • Wards of public sector or government employees may also apply irrespective of their domicile provided their parent/guardian has been employed in the state of Tamil Nadu for the past five years continuously and they produce a certificate of evidence to this end.

TNEA Merit List

The candidates will get the admission on the basis of class XII percentage. The importance will be given to the candidates who have scored good marks in class XII. The admission in various engineering colleges will be done through the TNEA Rank List only. The rank list will be published on 22nd June 2017.

TNEA 2018

TNEA 2018 Admission procedure will be regulated by the Anna University, Chennai.This procedure is organized to provide admission to the engineering courses. No entrance exam will be conducted by the authority. The admission form will be issued from the 3rd week of April 2018.

TNEA 2017 Counselling

The Anna University will conduct the TNEA 2017 Counselling. The online counselling will be conducted on 27th June 2017. The candidates will be allotted the colleges during the counselling process. The candidates will be called for counselling as per their performance in the class 12th examination. Admission will be done strictly on merit basis.
Documents required for Counselling
The following documents are required for the counselling procedure:
  • Class X marksheet and passing certificate
  • Class XII marksheet and passing certificate
  • Domicile Certificate
  • Identity Proof
  • Category Certificate (if applicable)
  • Six passport size photographs

TNEA Admission

TNEA Admission process will commence after the counselling is over. Candidates have to report in the allotted colleges and submit the fees and complete the admission formalities.Candidates will have to verify there documents in the respective colleges and then pay the admission fees.
