RTI for publishing for the awarenessof public (Particularly Teacher job seekers in Minority aided school)  regarding TET whether TET qualification is compulsory for minority institution or not.
(1) RTI reply received from the directorate of chennai , saying TET is not necessary for the appointment of teachers in gov aided minority schools.
(2) RTI reply received from NCTE Delhi saying that TET is mandatory for all types of schools.
Both RTI are controversial  toward each other so please publish for public awareness. (Note:- NCTE is the authority for TET)

TNTET:ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வுக்கு அவகாசம் : புதிய அரசாணை எதிர்பார்ப்பு.

பணியில் உள்ள ஆசிரியர்கள், தகுதித்தேர்வை முடிப்பதற்கான அவகாசம், நவம்பரில் முடிவதால், கால அவகாசத்தை நீட்டித்து, அரசாணை வெளியிட வேண்டும்' என, ஆசிரியர் கள் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துஉள்ளனர்.தமிழகத்தில், 2011ல், ஆசிரியர் தகுதித்தேர்வு அமலுக்கு வந்தது.
இதன்படி, அரசு பள்ளிகளில் ஆசிரியர்களாக சேர, ஆசிரியர் தகுதித்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறுவது கட்டாயம் என, அரசு உத்தரவிட்டது. அரசு உதவிபெறும் பள்ளி கள் மற்றும் தனியார் மெட்ரிக் பள்ளிகளில், 2011க்கு பின் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டவர்களும், ஆசிரியர் தகுதித்தேர்வை முடிக்க வேண்டும் என, தமிழக அரசு உத்தரவிட்டது. இதற்கான கால அவகாசம், வரும் நவம்பருடன் முடிகிறது. ஆனால், ஆசிரியர் தகுதித்தேர்வில், இட ஒதுக்கீடு சலுகை வழங்குவது தொடர்பாக, உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் தொடரப்பட்ட வழக்கு, பல ஆண்டுகளாக நிலுவையில் உள்ளது. அதனால், புதிதாக ஆசிரியர்தகுதித்தேர்வு நடத்தப்படவில்லை. அடுத்த மாதத்தில் அவகாசம் முடிவதால், ஆயிரக்கணக்கான ஆசிரியர்கள், தங்கள் வேலை பாதிக்கப்படுமோ என, கவலையில் உள்ளனர்.

TNTET 2016 Application Form Application Form: TamilNadu Teachers Recruitment Board invites application for Tamilnadu Teacher Eligibility Test 2016 or for the posts of primary and upper primary teachers.It is a good news for the candidates who wish to make a career in teaching or who would like to teach students studying in Class I to V or studying in Class VI to VIII. The notification of this examination is released by TamilNadu Teachers Recruitment Board.The eligible candidates can apply for this test via online mode before the last date. TNTET is an exam for is necessary to all candidate who want to be teacher and want to get post of primary teacher in government schools. TNTET COMPULSORY FOR ALL TAMILNADU GOVERNMENT TEACHERS
Name of the Exam : Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test 2016
Name of the Conducting Body:  Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board
Education Qualification :
  • Candidates should atleast pass their Senior Secondary Examination or any other equivalent degree and here atleast 45% of marks are required (OR)
  • The candidates should atleast pass their B.A or B.Sc. or If they have passed or appearing in the B.Ed or Senior Secondary, they can take up this test.
Age Limit : All those candidates which are between the 18 to 40 years age group they all can get part in this test.
Application Fees :

  • The Examination fee is Rs.500/- for all the candidates except SC/ST candidates.
  • For SC/ST and Differently Abled candidates examination fees is Rs.250.
Important Dates:

Date of starting of application form June, 2016
Last date for filling application form July, 206
Date of written exam paper I  August, 2016
Date of written exam paper II August, 2016
Result announced on October, 2016

  3. Fill up all details for Registration.
  4. Enter all the appropriate details in application form.
  5. Complete the fess payment procedure.
  6. Click on the submit button.
  7. Take print out of your application form for future uses

As per the Government direction, Teachers Recruitment Board conducted Teacher Eligibility Test on 12.7.2012 and Teacher Eligibility Supplementary Examination on 14.10.2012 for Paper I and Paper II.
Candidates who have secured 60% marks and above were called for Certificate Verification. Certificate Verification was held in two spells i.e. for TNTET main examination and for TNTET Supplementary Examinations.
Now, the Board release the tentative provisionally selected list of candidates for the post of secondary grade teachers and graduate assistants. The said selection for secondary grade teachers is purely based on seniority with communal rotations and the priorities laid down by the Government of Tamil Nadu and the selection list for graduate assistants is prepared based on the weightage marks awarded as per the G.O.Ms.No.252 School Education Department dated 5.10.2012.
956 candidates passed both paper I and Paper II examinations. After obtaining their concurrence during the Certificate Verification and as per their exercised options they have been selected for BT assistants. Five candidates have opted not to joining the Government service and they will be issued with TET certificate. Result for 47 candidates has been withheld for want of production of validated employment registration card and production of Marksheets. Though they have already been given last and final opportunity, on humanitarian grounds, Teachers Recruitment Board has resolved to afford them a special opportunity. All such candidates are advised to bring their valid documents and appear in person before the Teachers Recruitment Board at 10.00 am. on 10.12.2012 at DPI complex, College Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai 6 without fail. Special arrangements have been made for this purpose. No further opportunity shall be afforded to them hereafter.
Teachers Recruitment Board conducted CV on 6th ,7th ,8th,and 9th November 2012 after intimating all the candidates and giving vide publicity through print and electronic media. In spite of that many candidates absented themselves. As a concession, Teachers Recruitment Board made special arrangements to afford a last and final opportunity for absentee candidates on 10.11.2012. It is found that 449 candidates for Paper I Secondary Grade Teachers and 84 candidates for Paper II Graduate Assistants have absented themselves again. In view of this, if absentee candidates still desire to appear for CV, they are advised to make representation in writing to Teachers Recruitment Board Headquarters. Board may consider to afford another opportunity on merit.
Further communication regarding postings and placements will be issued by the concerned departments.
Results for minority languages will be released separately.
Utmost care has been taken in preparing the list and in publishing them. Teachers Recruitment Board reserves the right to correct any errors that may have crept in. Incorrect list will not confer any right of enforcement.

Provisional Selection List of Candidates for MBC/DNC DEPARTMENT
In accordance with the direction in Government letter No.5852/B2/2014 MBC & DNC Dept. Dated 27.07.2015 for the filling of Secondary Grade Teachers vacancies in Most Backward Classes and Denotified Communities Department as notified in Notification No.06/2014, Dt.21.08.2014, the following first list is released. Further in compliance with the order of the Hon’ble Madurai bench of Madras High Court in W.P.(MD)No. 17255/2014  dt.16.4.2015 & W.P.(MD) No.17164/2014, W.P.(MD)No.17292/2014, W.P.(MD)No.17293 / 2014,  dt. 23.07.2015 Board releases the provisional selection list for 49 vacancies.
This is provisional selection list only and appointment order to the candidates will be issued separately by the user department upon verification of their eligibility, original certificates etc.
This list is purely provisional and released as per the above mentioned interim direction of the Madurai bench of Hon’ble High court of Madras.
Also the list is purely provisional and is subject to the outcome of various Writ Petitions pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras and Madurai and SLP filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
